Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Operations Management.
- Strong knowledge of IT service management processes and workflows.
- Experience in application design, configuration, and customization within ServiceNow platform.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and API usage in ServiceNow environments.
- Excellent analytical skills to assess system requirements and deliver effective solutions.
