Key Responsibilities:Guest Service & Experience
- Greet and welcome all guests courteously, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Escort guests to tables, present menus, and introduce service staff.
- Maintain a professional and pleasant relationship with guests throughout their visit.
- Anticipate guest needs and ensure all requests are handled promptly and efficiently.
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with empathy and professionalism, ensuring quick resolution.
- Ensure special requests (birthdays, anniversaries, VIP guests, etc.) are executed smoothly.
Reservations & Coordination
- Manage restaurant reservations efficiently to maximize seating and guest satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the service and kitchen team regarding guest preferences, dietary restrictions, and seating arrangements.
- Maintain up-to-date guest database and profiles for personalized service.
Communication & Administration
- Communicate daily with the F&B Manager and restaurant team about VIPs, special events, and guest feedback.
- Maintain accurate records of guest comments, complaints, and compliments.
- Prepare daily reports on guest feedback and share improvement suggestions.
- Assist in creating and maintaining guest relationship programs and loyalty initiatives.
Professional Standards
- Ensure the front-of-house area is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
- Maintain grooming, appearance, and uniform standards in line with 5-star hospitality policies.
- Demonstrate excellent product knowledge (menu, beverages, promotions, etc.) to assist guests confidently.
- Uphold confidentiality and discretion in guest interactions.

- Good computer literacy (MS Office, POS, and reservation systems)
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
