Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, drive sales, manage inventory, and lead the store team. The ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of experience in a supermarket or hypermarket and possess excellent knowledge of retail management systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage overall store operations and ensure smooth daily functioning.
- Achieve sales targets and maximize store profitability.
- Monitor inventory, stock availability, and shrinkage control.
- Lead, train, and supervise store staff.
- Ensure high standards of customer service.
- Maintain visual merchandising and store hygiene.
- Prepare operational reports and ensure compliance with company policies.
Requirements:
- Any degree
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a Store Manager in a supermarket or hypermarket.
- Excellent knowledge of retail POS, ERP, and inventory management systems.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Ability to handle store operations, sales, and customer service effectively.
- Graduate in any discipline.
