JP Real Estate is looking for a motivated Freelance Digital Marketing Executive to help us generate quality property leads through digital marketing.
We are looking for someone who can promote our real estate services and generate genuine enquiries for:
- Commercial properties
- Office spaces
- Coworking spaces
- Commercial rentals and sales
- Residential properties (occasionally)
Our business focuses on both:
- B2B: Companies, startups, business owners, investors, and corporate clients looking for commercial or coworking spaces.
- B2C: Individual customers looking to buy, sell, rent, or invest in residential properties.
Responsibilities
- Generate quality real estate leads through digital marketing.
- Plan and manage campaigns on Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other suitable platforms.
- Identify the best platforms and strategies to generate commercial and coworking property leads.
- Generate genuine enquiries rather than only increasing followers or page views.
- Help improve the online presence and branding of JP Real Estate.
- Share regular reports on leads, campaigns, and marketing performance.
- Suggest new and creative ideas for lead generation.
Requirements
- Experience in digital marketing and lead generation.
- Experience with real estate marketing is preferred.
- Knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn marketing, SEO, or other digital marketing methods.
- Ability to generate and identify quality leads.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
