About the RoleWe are looking for a detail-oriented and organized HR Executive to manage our human resources operations. You will play a pivotal role in recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, and shaping a productive, positive workplace culture. The ideal candidate possesses a strong background in HR processes and a thorough understanding of labor legislation.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations.
- Coordinate and execute comprehensive onboarding and induction programs for new hires.
2. Employee Relations & Engagement
- Serve as the first point of contact for employees, addressing queries, resolving conflicts, and mediating discussions.
- Champion employee engagement initiatives, team-building activities, and programs that boost morale and retention.
- Oversee the exit interview process to identify areas for organizational improvement.
3. Performance & Compensation Management
- Support department leaders with performance appraisal systems, goal-setting, and annual reviews.
- Assist in payroll administration, benefits coordination, and designing competitive compensation packages.
4. Administration & Compliance
- Maintain accurate, confidential employee records and update HR databases (HRIS).
- Ensure all HR policies and day-to-day operations comply with regional labor laws and statutory regulations.
- Manage leave tracking, attendance, and compliance-related documentation.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 2-4 years of proven experience as an HR Executive, HR Generalist, or similar role.
- Skills:
- Strong working knowledge of HR Management Systems (HRIS/ATS).
- Sound understanding of local labor laws and employment legislation.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
- High ethical standards and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
