Hiring: Key Account Manager (KAM) – Quick Commerce | JK Masale
Location: Esplanade, Kolkata (Corporate Office)
JK Masale is looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Key Account Manager to drive business growth across Quick Commerce platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and grow key Quick Commerce accounts and marketplace partnerships
* Develop and execute category growth strategies to maximize sales and visibility
* Coordinate with platform account managers, internal teams, and distributors
* Monitor sales performance, promotions, pricing, and inventory availability
* Drive business expansion, customer acquisition, and revenue growth initiatives
* Analyze market trends, competition, and platform performance metrics
Preferred Candidate Profile:
* 5–9 years of experience in Quick Commerce, E-commerce, Category Management, or Channel Management
* Strong understanding of Q-Commerce platforms and account management
* Excellent analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Willingness to travel as per business requirements
* FMCG/Food industry experience will be preferred
