Provide support for desktop hardware and software issuesInstall, configure, and maintain operating systems (Windows/Linux) and applicationsTroubleshoot system, network, and printer-related issuesHandle user queries and resolve technical problems promptlyPerform system updates, patches, and basic security checksSupport remote and on-site usersMaintain IT assets and documentationRequired Skills:Basic knowledge of computer hardware and networkingFamiliarity with Windows OS, MS Office, and common applications
Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skills
