Responsibilities:
1. Conduct call surveys to increase property listings/inventory.
2. Perform field surveys to find available properties and to list on our platform.
3. Interact with clients in a professional manner, addressing their queries and providing relevant information about properties.
4. Conduct property visits with clients, showcasing the features and benefits of various properties.
5. Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
6. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, property visits, and sales transactions.
