Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic HR professional to manageend-to-end hiring across business functions. The role requires strong sourcing expertise, stakeholder management, and the ability to deliver high-quality talent within timelines.
Key Responsibilities
1. End-to-End Recruitment
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle – sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer closure
- Handle hiring across functions such as Sales, Operations, HR, Finance, Marketing, etc.
- Ensure timely delivery against hiring targets
2. Sourcing Talent Pipeline
- Use multiple channels (LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, vendors) for sourcing
- Build and maintain pipelines for critical and recurring roles
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies for niche positions
3. Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements
- Provide market insights, salary benchmarking, and hiring trends
- Ensure alignment on expectations and timelines
4. Candidate Management
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience
- Drive offer negotiations and improve offer-to-join ratio
- Manage pre-joining engagement and onboarding coordination
5. Vendor Management
- Work with external agencies for sourcing support
- Monitor vendor performance and optimize costs
6. Reporting Process Compliance
- Track hiring metrics (TAT, cost per hire, conversion ratios)
- Maintain MIS and dashboards for leadership reviews
- Ensure adherence to recruitment processes and policies
