We are looking for an Operations cum Security Officer
- Oversee day-to-day branch/facility operations and ensure smooth workflow
- Monitor security systems, CCTV, and access controls to prevent breaches
- Manage security staff schedules, training, and performance
- Conduct regular safety audits, patrols, and emergency drills
- Handle incident reporting, investigation, and coordination with local authorities
- Maintain operational records, logs, and compliance documentation
- Supervise opening/closing procedures, key control, and asset protection
- Ensure adherence to company SOPs, fire safety, and statutory security norms
- Support administrative tasks, vendor coordination, and facility maintenance
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
