Role Objective:
To manage JB Home Store’s social media presence, plan content in advance, monitor pages regularly, repost relevant content, and support online brand growth. The candidate should be confident, organized, trend-aware, and comfortable appearing on camera for reels, stories, product videos, and brand-related content.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, schedule, and publish posts across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Monitor social media pages regularly for comments, messages, customer responses, trends, and engagement.
- Repost relevant content, stories, customer posts, product updates, and brand-related updates.
- Create and manage monthly social media content calendars.
- Write captions, hashtags, post copy, and campaign content according to brand tone.
- Coordinate with the video editor, designer, photographer, and internal team for content requirements.
- Appear on camera when required for reels, stories, product explainers, store updates, and promotional videos.
- Track performance such as reach, engagement, followers, comments, and audience response.
- Use social media scheduling and monitoring tools such as Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, or similar tools.
- Maintain consistent brand style, communication, and presentation across all platforms. Support festive campaigns, offers, product promotions, and store-related updates.
Required Skills
- Minimum 2-3 year of experience in social media management.
- Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, reels, stories, and short-form content formats.
- Experience in creating and maintaining content calendars.
- Ability to schedule, post, monitor, and repost content regularly.
- Knowledge of tools such as Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, or similar platforms.
- Comfortable appearing on camera for brand and product-related social media content. ( Required )
- Good caption writing, hashtag research, and basic content copywriting skills.
- Understanding of social media analytics and performance monitoring.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
