Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated Civil Engineer to manage and coordinate residential construction projects at the site level. The candidate will support project execution, ensure quality work, and coordinate with contractors and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day site activities for residential projects
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site teams
- Monitor project progress and report updates to management
- Ensure quality standards and safety compliance at site
- Assist in material planning and site requirements
- Handle basic client/site coordination
- Resolve on-site issues in a timely manner
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
- 3–6 years of experience in residential construction
- Good knowledge of site execution and construction processes
- Basic project coordination and reporting skills
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
