Key Responsibilities1. Beverage & Food Preparation
- Prepare Drinks: Craft a wide variety of espresso-based drinks (latte, cappuccino, Americano, macchiato), brewed coffees, teas, smoothies, and cold beverages according to recipes and quality standards.
- Master Coffee Techniques: Operate espresso machines, grinders, milk steamers, and manual brew methods (e.g., pour-over, French press).
- Serve Food Items: Heat and serve pastries, sandwiches, snacks, or baked goods according to health and safety guidelines.
2. Customer Service & Order Management
- Welcoming Guests: Greet customers warmly, answer menu questions, and offer tailored drink or food recommendations.
- Taking Orders: Efficiently record customer orders, customize drink preferences, and process cash or card payments using the POS system.
- Resolving Issues: Address customer feedback or order discrepancies promptly and professionally.
3. Store Maintenance & Hygiene
- Cleanliness: Maintain clean work counters, dining areas, seating, and restrooms throughout the shift.
- Sanitation & Safety: Clean and sanitize espresso equipment, steaming wands, grinders, and utensils regularly according to health regulations.
- Trash & Waste: Empty trash bins, manage compost/recycling, and maintain standard store hygiene.
4. Inventory & Stocking
- Restock Supplies: Keep milk, coffee beans, syrups, cups, lids, napkins, and retail merchandise fully stocked at the station.
- Inventory Tracking: Assist in monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages or expired ingredients to management.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
