Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Inside Sales Specialist to manage and convert leads from IndiaMart and other B2B channels. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging potential clients, negotiating deals, and driving sales growth. Location: Candidates must be based in Faridabad or willing to relocate.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage & Convert Leads: Call, follow up, and nurture leads from IndiaMart and other B2B channels to drive conversions.
- Client Relationship Management: Build long-term relationships by understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Pricing & Negotiation: Calculate, discuss, and finalize rates with clients to close profitable deals.
- Sales Documentation: Prepare and share Proposals, Quotations, and Proforma Invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
- Pipeline & Follow-Ups: Maintain records of all leads, track follow-ups, and ensure timely deal closures.
Who Should Apply?
Experience: 2-3 years in sales, preferably with experience handling IndiaMart leads or B2B sales.
Skills Required: Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
Location Requirement: Must be based in Faridabad or willing to relocate.
Preferred Background: Experience in B2B sales, online marketplace lead management, or industrial product sales is a plus.
Basic Knowledge of MS Office Suite
Good Communication Skills in Hindi & English
