Role: Corporate Gifting Executive
Location: Mumbai
Role Overview:
Kimirica is looking for a driven and relationship-oriented Corporate Gifting Executive to own and grow the B2B gifting vertical across the West Region. In this role, you will be the face of Kimirica's premium gifting portfolio for corporates — responsible for building a strong client pipeline, crafting tailored gifting proposals, and delivering end-to-end solutions that delight recipients and strengthen our brand's presence in the corporate space.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
- Prospect and acquire new corporate clients across BFSI, IT, FMCG, hospitality, and real estate in the West Region
- Build and manage a pipeline across festive, employee engagement, and event-based gifting cycles
- Meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Conduct client meetings and gifting demos to close accounts
Account Management
- Own relationships with existing corporate accounts to drive repeat business
- Curate customised gifting solutions from Kimirica's product range based on client needs
- Coordinate with ops, packaging, and logistics for accurate, on-time order fulfilment
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the existing base
Proposals & Commercials
- Prepare tailored proposals, samples, and quotations within client budgets
- Negotiate pricing, volumes, and timelines per company guidelines
- Track all leads, proposals, and closures via CRM
Market & Brand Representation
- Represent Kimirica at corporate events, trade fairs, and B2B forums in the West Region
- Monitor industry trends and competitor gifting offerings
- Work with the marketing team to align brand campaigns with corporate pitches
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred but not mandatory.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage a sales territory with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and basic CRM tools.
Experience
- 2–5 years of B2B sales or corporate gifting experience, preferably in FMCG, personal care, lifestyle, or luxury goods.
- Proven track record of closing corporate accounts and managing relationships with mid-to-large-sized clients.
- Prior experience working with gifting aggregators, procurement teams, or HR & admin buyers is a strong advantage.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
