Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our sales team. The primary responsibility of this role is to generate leads, engage with potential clients through calls and digital communication, and convert prospects into qualified business opportunities.
The ideal candidate should have experience in lead generation, cold calling, customer engagement, and sales pipeline management.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Identify and generate new leads through online platforms, databases, and market research.
- Source potential clients from LinkedIn, job portals, company databases, and other digital platforms.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective customers.
Client Outreach & Engagement
- Conduct cold calls, email outreach, and follow-ups to connect with potential clients.
- Introduce and explain company products/services to prospects.
- Understand client requirements and identify potential opportunities.
Sales Conversion
- Qualify leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Schedule meetings or product demonstrations for the sales team when required.
- Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
CRM & Data Management
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and follow-ups in CRM systems.
- Track and update the sales pipeline and lead status.
Coordination & Reporting
- Coordinate with the marketing and field sales teams to improve lead conversion.
- Prepare reports on lead generation, outreach activities, and conversion metrics.
Required Skills
Sales & Business Skills
- Strong experience in inside sales / tele-sales / business development
- Lead generation and prospecting ability
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Ability to manage the sales funnel and follow-ups
Communication Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong phone communication and presentation skills
- Ability to build rapport with potential clients
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Experience with CRM tools (preferred)
- Familiarity with LinkedIn prospecting and digital outreach
Qualification
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or related field
- MBA in Marketing will be an advantage
