- Assist chefs in preparation of Chinese dishes and ingredients.
- Support in cutting, cleaning, marinating, and storing food items.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area.
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
- Assist in receiving and storing kitchen supplies properly.
- Learn different Chinese cooking techniques and recipes.
- Ensure proper handling of kitchen equipment and utensils.
- Help in maintaining stock and inventory records.
- Follow instructions given by senior chefs and management.
- Work as part of the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations.
