JOB TITLE: Marketing & Brand Operations Intern

Role Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated Marketing & Brand Operations Intern to support social media execution, Amazon marketplace operations, content coordination, influencer outreach, and day-to-day marketing activities.
This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on exposure to startup building and is excited to work directly with the founder across multiple business functions.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media & Content
- Assist in planning and executing content calendars
- Coordinate with content writers, designers, and freelancers
- Schedule and publish content across social media platforms
- Draft captions, content briefs, and basic marketing copy
- Track content performance and maintain reporting dashboards
- Monitor comments, messages, and community interactions
Amazon & E-commerce Operations
- Coordinate Amazon product listings and content updates
- Assist in uploading and maintaining listing information
- Coordinate with Amazon freelancers and marketplace partners
- Track listing status, reviews, ratings, and inventory updates
- Raise and track Amazon support tickets when required
- Maintain marketplace trackers and documentation
Marketing & Brand Building
- Conduct competitor research and market analysis
- Research skincare trends, consumer insights, and industry developments
- Support influencer identification and outreach
- Assist in campaign execution and launch planning
- Support product launch activities and promotional initiatives
Preferred Qualifications
- Graduate or PG in Marketing, Business, Pharmacy, Communications, or a related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable using Google Sheets, Excel, PowerPoint, and Canva
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Self-starter with willingness to learn and take ownership
- Interest in startups, D2C brands, marketing, and skincare
