Key Responsibilities:
✔ Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel schedules
✔ Coordinate meetings and prepare agendas & MOMs
✔ Handle emails, correspondence, and follow-ups
✔ Prepare reports, presentations, and business documents
✔ Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of tasks
✔ Maintain confidential records and sensitive information
✔ Track action items and follow up with stakeholders
✔ Support office administration and operational coordination
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- 1–2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Administrative Executive, or a similar role
- Excellent communication and organizational skills Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace Ability to multitask, maintain confidentiality, and work in a fast-paced environment
Pay: ₹9,197.99 - ₹25,000.00 per month
