Key Responsibilities
Assist in identifying and generating new business opportunities.
Contact potential customers through calls, emails, and social media platforms.
Support the sales team in lead generation and customer acquisition activities.
Maintain and update customer and sales databases.
Schedule meetings and follow up with prospective clients.
Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate product or service information.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales-related documents.
Assist in market research and competitor analysis.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Support the achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Prepare sales reports and update management on sales activities.
Participate in training programs to develop sales and communication skills.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
Freshers and entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Basic knowledge of sales and customer relationship management.
Confidence in interacting with customers and clients.
Proficiency in MS Office and digital communication tools.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
