Job Summary
The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for the overall operations of the restaurant, ensuring excellent guest experience, smooth day-to-day functioning, team management, cost control, and compliance with company standards and SOPs.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end restaurant operations, including service, hygiene, quality, and guest satisfaction
Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and service are maintained at all times
Handle daily operational planning, staff scheduling, and shift management
Lead, train, groom, and motivate the restaurant team to achieve performance targets
Resolve guest complaints professionally and ensure timely service recovery
Monitor and control food cost, wastage, and operational expenses
Ensure compliance with company SOPs, audits, and statutory regulations
Coordinate with kitchen, purchase, HR, and maintenance teams for smooth operations
Maintain proper MIS reports, sales analysis, and operational documentation
Drive revenue through upselling, promotions, and improved guest engagement
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong leadership and people management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Sound knowledge of F&B operations, service standards, and cost control
Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently
Guest-centric approach with strong problem-solving skills
Preferred Candidate Profile
8+ years of experience in restaurant or hospitality operations
Experience in managing standalone or high-volume restaurants
Immediate or short notice period preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
