Role Overview :The Field Sales / Medical Representative will be responsible for promoting Cogniwell’s pharmaceutical products by regularly meeting doctors, chemists, and distributors in assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities Sales &* Promotion: Regular visits to doctors, chemists, and hospitals as per assigned route plans * Promotion of assigned pharmaceutical brands and formulations Generation of prescriptions and demand creation Ensuring consistent product visibility and recall Territory Management Planning and executing daily field routes efficiently Developing and maintaining relationships with doctors and chemists Understanding territory potential and competitor activity. Achieving assigned sales targets for the territory.
Distributor &* Stocklist Coordination* Coordinatingwithdistributorsfororderplacementandstockavailability Following up on secondary sales and product movement Supporting collection follow-ups as per company process(where applicable)Reporting &Compliance Maintaining daily call reports and basic sales records Sharing market feedback, doctor feedback, and competitor inputs Adhering strictly to company policies, ethical guidelines, and SOPs.
Eligibility Criteria Mandatory Requirements :Willingness to work in a full-time ield role (Monday–Saturday) Must own a two-wheeler and be comfortable with daily travel Experience in pharmaceutical ield sales preferred : Familiarity with Bengaluru local areas is an advantage . Preferred: 2–8 years of experience in pharma ield sales Freshers with strong intent and ield readiness may be considered (roledependent)
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
