Job Summary
Scymes Services Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented Senior Payroll Executive to manage payroll processing and employee salary-related activities. The ideal candidate should have experience in payroll operations, statutory compliance, and employee query resolution.
Key Responsibilities
- Process monthly payroll accurately and within timelines.
- Verify attendance, leave records, and payroll inputs.
- Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, and other statutory requirements.
- Generate salary slips and payroll reports.
- Coordinate with HR and Finance teams for payroll-related activities.
- Handle employee payroll queries and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain payroll records and documentation.
- Support audits and compliance requirements.
- Prepare MIS and payroll-related reports.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of payroll processing and statutory compliances.
- Experience with payroll software and MS Excel.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
Qualification
- Graduate in Commerce, HR, Finance, or related field.
- 1.5 to 2 years of payroll experience.
- Knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliances preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
