About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team, focusing on the small and medium business (SMB) segment. The ideal candidate will have experience in hardware sales and a strong understanding of system integration solutions. This role requires a proactive professional who can identify business opportunities, build lasting client relationships, and contribute to revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within the SMB segment.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored hardware and system integration solutions.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth.
Collaborate with internal teams (technical, sales support, marketing) to ensure client requirements are met and projects are executed smoothly.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
Negotiate contracts and pricing to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and reports for management review.
Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote company products and services.
Qualifications & Experience:
Proven experience in hardware sales, preferably within system integration or related industries.
Strong knowledge of SMB business requirements and buying behavior.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in CRM tools and MS Office applications.
Willingness to work in Gurugram and commit to Monday-Friday workweek, including the 1st Saturday.
