We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Corporate Key Account Manager
to build and maintain strong relationships with our key corporate clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing strategic accounts, driving business growth, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop relationships with key corporate accounts.
- Identify new business opportunities within existing clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery.
- Understand client requirements and provide customized solutions.
- Prepare business proposals, presentations, and account plans.
- Monitor account performance and achieve revenue targets.
- Resolve client concerns and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Maintain regular communication with decision-makers and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in Key Account Management, Corporate Sales, or B2B Sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Salary : Rs. 70,000/- p.m to Rs. 80,000/- p.m
Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
