Techwurkz is seeking an experienced Level 3 Cisco Firewall Support Engineer for a leading global technology organization. This role is ideal for senior network security professionals with deep expertise in Cisco Firewall technologies, enterprise networking, and security operations.

✔ Location: Remote – India Only
✔ Shift: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST
✔ Employment Type: Full-time
✔ Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days
What You'll Do
✔ Serve as the highest technical escalation point for complex Cisco Firewall issues.
✔ Perform advanced troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and incident resolution.
✔ Design and optimize network segmentation and firewall policy architecture.
✔ Lead firewall migrations, upgrades, and security service implementations.
✔ Improve firewall performance and rule base efficiency.
✔ Integrate SIEM platforms and security automation solutions.
✔ Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with infrastructure and security teams.
What We're Looking For
✔ 6–10+ years of Network Security Engineering experience.
✔ Expert knowledge of Cisco Firewall Architecture and Enterprise Networking.
✔ Strong understanding of routing, High Availability (HA), and enterprise security.
✔ Experience with firewall troubleshooting, optimization, and automation.
✔ Strong analytical, communication, and technical leadership skills.

Preferred Skills
✔ CCNP Enterprise or CCNP Security.
