Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage end-to-end Human Resource functions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee lifecycle management, payroll processing, statutory compliance, employee engagement, HR documentation, and full & final settlements.
The role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to handle confidential information, and a thorough understanding of HR operations and labor law compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities from sourcing to onboarding.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
- Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate candidate assessments.
- Conduct reference and background verification checks.
- Prepare offer letters and appointment letters.
Employee Onboarding & Induction
- Manage joining formalities and employee documentation.
- Conduct employee induction and orientation programs.
- Create and maintain employee records and personnel files.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and integration of new hires.
Payroll & Statutory Compliance
- Coordinate monthly payroll processing and payroll inputs.
- Maintain attendance, leave, and employee records.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, TDS, Gratuity, Bonus, and other employee-related statutory processes as applicable.
- Support preparation of payroll reports and employee compensation records.
HR Operations & Administration
- Maintain HR policies, employee records, and HR documentation.
- Handle employee confirmations, transfers, promotions, and contract renewals.
- Manage leave and attendance records through HRMS systems.
- Generate HR reports, MIS, and employee-related data as required.
Employee Engagement & Relations
- Address employee queries and provide HR support.
- Assist in employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Support performance management and appraisal processes.
- Promote a positive and productive work environment.
Exit Management
- Conduct exit interviews.
- Process employee separations and resignations.
- Coordinate clearance formalities and Full & Final (F&F) settlements.
- Ensure proper documentation and closure of employee records.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Human Resource Management, MBA (HR), or a related field preferred.
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline with relevant HR experience may also be considered.
Required Experience
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in HR Generalist or HR Operations roles.
- Experience handling the complete employee lifecycle from recruitment to Full & Final Settlement.
- Practical exposure to payroll processing and statutory compliance.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of HR operations and employment practices.
- Understanding of payroll processes and statutory compliances.
- Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.
- Experience working with HRMS software such as HR One, Zoho People, Keka, GreytHR, Darwinbox, or similar platforms will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
