Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls: Contact potential and existing customers to promote products, generate leads, or schedule appointments.
- Handle inbound calls: Answer customer inquiries, address complaints, and provide information or support.
- Engage customers: Explain product features and benefits, and use persuasive techniques to encourage purchases.
- Manage data: Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and update customer information in a database or CRM system.
- Achieve targets: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly goals for sales, lead generation, or customer interactions.
- Collaborate: Work with sales and marketing teams to align strategies and improve customer experiences.
- Stay informed: Keep up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies, and conduct market research.
