Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming leads via phone, WhatsApp, email, and Instagram
- Provide accurate information on rooms, pricing, and amenities
- Follow up with leads to convert inquiries into bookings
- Maintain structured tracking of all leads and conversations
- Schedule property visits and coordinate with Property Managers
- Ensure smooth handover for site visits and property showings
- Assist in booking confirmations and documentation coordination
- Maintain records of inquiries, visits, and conversions
Key Skills Required
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong sales and follow-up ability
- Customer-focused approach
- Good organizational skills
- Familiarity with WhatsApp, Instagram, and CRM tools
Preferred Qualifications
- 1–3 years experience in sales, reservations, or customer service
- Experience in PG/co-living or real estate is an advantage
