Job Title: General Manager – Hotel Rooms
Location: Calicut
Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in hotel
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced General Manager to oversee the complete operations of our hotel rooms division. The candidate should ensure smooth daily operations, maximize occupancy, and deliver excellent guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage overall hotel room operations and staff
- Ensure high standards of guest service and cleanliness
- Monitor daily sales, occupancy, and revenue performance
- Handle OTA platforms (Booking.com, Agoda, etc.) and improve online sales
- Supervise front office, housekeeping, and maintenance teams
- Prepare reports and control expenses
- Resolve guest complaints professionally
- Train and guide staff for better performance
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Hotel Manager / General Manager
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of OTA marketing and room sales strategies
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, PMS, etc.)
