Job Summary
Srisattva Group is looking for a proactive and organized Admin Executive to manage day-to-day administrative activities and ensure smooth office operations. The ideal candidate should possess strong coordination, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily office administration and operational activities.
- Maintain office records, files, and documentation systematically.
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and internal departments.
- Monitor office supplies and ensure timely procurement of required materials.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and official correspondence.
- Support employee onboarding and administrative formalities.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements when required.
- Maintain attendance records and support HR-related administrative tasks.
- Ensure proper maintenance of office facilities and infrastructure.
- Assist management with various administrative and coordination activities.
Qualification
Bachelor's Degree in Any Discipline.
Skills Required
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi/Tamil.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Good documentation and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Problem-solving and time-management skills.
- Welcome and assist clients, visitors, and guests visiting the office, ensuring a professional and positive experience.
- Coordinate hospitality arrangements, including serving refreshments and attending to client requirements during office visits.
- Ensure proper meeting room readiness and support management during client meetings and discussions.
Preferred Requirements
- Prior experience in office administration or coordination roles.
- Knowledge of ERP/CRM systems will be an added advantage.
- Professional attitude and customer-service orientation.
