We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Store & Inventory Executive to manage day-to-day store operations, inventory control, and material movement. The role involves ensuring accurate inventory records, timely receipt and issuance of materials, proper storage practices, and coordination with internal stakeholders to support uninterrupted business operations.
Key Responsibilities
Store Management
- Manage daily store operations, including receipt, storage, and issuance of materials.
- Ensure proper storage, identification, and labeling of all inventory items.
- Maintain organized and clean store premises following 5S standards.
- Monitor inward and outward movement of materials and maintain accurate records.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of raw materials, consumables, packing materials, and finished goods.
- Coordinate with internal departments for timely material availability.
Inventory Management
- Maintain accurate inventory records in the ERP system.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure availability of materials as per operational requirements.
- Maintain minimum and maximum stock levels to avoid shortages or excess inventory.
- Conduct periodic physical stock verification and cycle counts.
- Reconcile inventory discrepancies and prepare variance reports.
- Implement FIFO/FEFO practices for inventory management.
- Monitor slow-moving, non-moving, and obsolete inventory and recommend corrective actions.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
Material Receipt & Dispatch
- Verify incoming materials against Purchase Orders, Delivery Challans, and Goods Receipt Notes (GRN).
- Coordinate with the Quality team for material inspection wherever applicable.
- Ensure timely issuance of materials against approved requisitions.
- Maintain proper documentation for receipts, issues, returns, and stock transfers.
Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain GRNs, stock registers, issue slips, return records, and inventory reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, inventory procedures, and audit requirements.
- Support internal and external audits by providing accurate documentation.
- Maintain statutory and operational records related to store activities.
Coordination
- Coordinate with the Purchase, Production, Quality, Finance, and Logistics teams for material planning and inventory management.
- Communicate inventory status and shortages to relevant stakeholders.
- Support procurement planning by providing stock availability reports.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Certification in Inventory or Warehouse Management will be an added advantage.
Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in Store Management, Inventory Management, or Warehouse Operations.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems for inventory and store management.
- Knowledge of inventory control processes, stock reconciliation, and warehouse best practices.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹41,726.84 per month
