Role Summary
We are seeking a Solution Architect to lead the end-to-end architecture of enterprise Master & Reference Data Management programs, with primary ownership of three pillars: Integration Architecture, Data Quality, and Data Governance. You will define target-state data architectures, design SSOT (Single Source of Truth) and Golden Record models, architect API / event-driven / batch integration patterns, and embed governance and compliance controls (PDPL, NESA, data residency) into every layer of the solution.
This is a client-facing leadership role on large government and enterprise engagements in the UAE and GCC. You will work directly with client CIOs, data offices, and enterprise architecture teams, while guiding Nvizion's MDM architects, developers, and QA teams through delivery.
Key ResponsibilitiesSolution & Integration Architecture
- Own the target-state data architecture: Source Systems → Ingestion & Validation → MDM/RDM Core (Golden Record) → Integration & Distribution → Consumption layers.
- Design and govern integration blueprints across API-based (real-time), event-driven (near real-time), and batch synchronization patterns, including publish/subscribe models for authoritative sources.
- Architect secure integrations between Informatica IDMC and enterprise platforms such as Azure Synapse, Microsoft Fabric, ERP/CRM systems, event/asset platforms, and government data platforms.
- Define canonical data models, attribute-level ownership, survivorship and match/merge rules, and domain-wise authoritative source identification.
- Manage data latency, synchronization risk, and cross-system consistency in multi-platform ecosystems.
Data Quality
- Define enterprise-grade Data Quality frameworks covering accuracy, completeness, consistency, uniqueness, and validity.
- Design DQ rule catalogues (format validation, mandatory fields, cross-field validation, reference integrity, duplicate detection) with preventive, detective, and AI-assisted predictive controls.
- Establish the DQ lifecycle (Profile → Define Rules → Monitor → Remediate → Improve), remediation workflows, escalation matrices, and steward-facing scorecards/dashboards.
- Leverage Informatica CLAIRE AI capabilities for match optimization, anomaly detection, and continuous threshold tuning.
Data Governance & Compliance
- Design governance operating models: Executive Council → Domain Committees → Operational Stewardship, with domain-wise RACI matrices and escalation frameworks.
- Define policies and standards for master and reference data lifecycle management (create, update, merge, retire/archive) with full audit traceability and version control.
- Embed Privacy-by-Design controls: consent modelling, opt-in/opt-out synchronization, Data Subject Rights automation (access, rectification, erasure), retention enforcement, and safeguards against restoration of erased personal data.
- Ensure architecture and configuration alignment with UAE PDPL, NESA information security standards, and UAE data residency/sovereignty requirements; support Privacy Impact Assessments (PIA) and security architecture reviews.
Delivery & Pre-Sales Leadership
- Lead discovery workshops, current-state assessments, and target operating model design with client stakeholders.
- Translate RFP/tender requirements into compliant solution designs, functional-fit mappings, effort estimates, and implementation roadmaps.
- Guide MDM developers, integration engineers, and QA teams through build, SIT/UAT, cutover, go-live, and hypercare.
- Support bid responses, solution presentations, and technical evaluations for new opportunities across the UAE, KSA, and wider GCC.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- 12–18 years in enterprise data management, with 5+ years as a Solution/Data Architect on MDM, Data Quality, and Data Governance programs.
- Strong hands-on architecture experience with Informatica IDMC (MDM SaaS, Cloud Data Integration, Data Quality, Data Governance & Catalog, API & Application Integration). Experience with MDM Hub / P360 / C360 / S360 is a strong plus.
- Proven track record designing SSOT / Golden Record architectures with survivorship logic, hierarchy management, and multi-domain masters (Customer, Organization, Asset, Product, Event, Location, Reference Data).
- Deep expertise in integration architecture: REST/SOAP APIs, event/messaging platforms (Kafka, Azure Event Hub/Service Bus), batch/ETL pipelines, and middleware interoperability.
- Experience integrating with Microsoft Azure data platforms (Synapse, Fabric, Data Lake) and enterprise ERP/CRM landscapes (SAP, Salesforce, or equivalent).
- Demonstrated design of data governance frameworks: RACI models, stewardship workflows, change control, business glossary, lineage, and policy adherence monitoring.
- Working knowledge of data privacy and regulatory frameworks — UAE PDPL, NESA, data residency mandates (or equivalents such as GDPR with GCC exposure).
- Strong client-facing skills: workshop facilitation, executive presentations, and stakeholder management across business, IT, legal, and privacy teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior delivery experience in UAE/GCC government or regulated public-sector environments.
- Certifications: Informatica (MDM, CDI, CDQ, CDGC), DAMA CDMP, CIMP, TOGAF, or Azure Data/Architecture certifications.
- Exposure to reference data management platforms and code-set/taxonomy governance.
- Experience supporting RFP/tender responses and pre-sales solutioning.
- Familiarity with maturity frameworks such as government Data Maturity/Management Indexes.
Pay: ₹1,513,612.13 - ₹303,053,136.31 per year
