About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Site Engineer (Civil) to oversee and manage day-to-day site activities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in site execution, strong coordination skills, and the ability to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor daily Site activities at project sites.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders.
- Monitor site progress and prepare daily/weekly progress reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues as they arise.
- Manage material requirements and verify quantities used at site.
- Maintain proper documentation related to site activities and project execution.
- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
Requirements
- Education: Diploma in Civil Engineering / B.E. (Civil Engineering).
- Experience: 2–6 years of relevant experience in civil construction site engineering.
- Strong knowledge of site execution, and site supervising
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documents.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid driving license.
- Willingness to travel between project sites as required.
