CTC: Up to ₹20,000 per month
Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Executive to accurately enter, update, and maintain company records and databases. The candidate should possess good typing skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to handle large volumes of data with accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter, update, and maintain data in company software, ERP systems, and spreadsheets.
- Verify the accuracy of data before and after entry.
- Maintain records of documents, files, and reports.
- Generate MIS reports as required by management.
- Scan, file, and organize physical and digital documents.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned data entry tasks.
- Coordinate with various departments for collection and verification of information.
- Identify and correct data discrepancies and report issues to the concerned department.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of company information.
- Assist in administrative and documentation-related activities as required.
Required Skills
- Good typing speed with high accuracy.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and Outlook.
- Knowledge of data management and record-keeping practices.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
Educational Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Additional certification in computer applications will be an added advantage.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 1 to 3 years of experience in Data Entry, MIS, Back Office, or Administrative roles.
- Experience in handling large volumes of data.
