We are looking for a skilled and experienced Electrician to handle electrical installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair work in hotel projects. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all electrical systems and equipment are functioning safely and efficiently. The role also requires knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and other building services.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Carry out electrical installation, maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting work.
Handle electrical wiring, lighting systems, switches, sockets, DBs, panels, and circuit breakers.
Identify and resolve electrical faults and breakdowns promptly.
Conduct regular preventive maintenance of electrical systems and equipment.
Assist in the installation and maintenance of electrical systems during construction and renovation projects.
Coordinate with the engineering, maintenance, and project teams for smooth execution of work.
Have knowledge of HVAC systems, plumbing, water supply, drainage, and firefighting systems.
Attend to electrical and maintenance complaints from hotel guests, internal teams as required.
Ensure all electrical work is carried out safely and as per required standards.
Maintain proper records of maintenance and repair work.
Follow all safety procedures and ensure proper use of tools and equipment
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
