Position Summary
ISIEINDIA is looking for a Telecaller to support student mobilization activities for skill development, EV training, certification programs, workshops, and placement-linked initiatives. The candidate will be responsible for contacting students, generating interest, conducting follow-ups, and ensuring maximum registrations and participation in assigned programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective students, ITI, Diploma, Polytechnic, and Engineering candidates.
- Inform students about training programs, certifications, workshops, internships, and placement opportunities.
- Mobilize students for enrollment in various skill development and EV-related programs.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with interested candidates and institutions.
- Maintain daily call records, lead status, and conversion reports.
- Coordinate with trainers, mobilization teams, and institutes for batch formation.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and mobilization targets.
- Address candidate queries and provide accurate program information.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills in Marathi.
- Strong convincing and follow-up skills.
- Ability to handle large volumes of calls.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and email communication.
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience in telecalling, student counseling, admissions, mobilization, or customer support preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
