- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a courteous and professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments.
- Manage the reception area to ensure it is clean, organized, and presentable.
- Handle visitor registrations, issue visitor passes, and maintain visitor records.
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail, couriers, and deliveries.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.
- Assist with travel arrangements, hotel bookings, and other administrative tasks as required.
- Maintain office directories, contact lists, and front desk records.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and facility management teams for smooth office operations.
- Monitor and maintain office supplies and raise purchase requests when required.
- Handle customer and visitor inquiries, providing accurate information or directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Support HR and Administration with onboarding activities, document collection, and employee coordination.
- Maintain confidentiality of company and visitor information.
- Ensure adherence to office security procedures and company policies.
- Perform other administrative and front office duties as assigned by the management.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
