- Supervise daily cafeteria operations, including food service, billing, housekeeping, and customer support.
- Ensure timely preparation and service of food items as per approved menus and quality standards.
- Monitor cafeteria cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation practices in compliance with hospital and food safety regulations.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff and vendors for smooth operations and uninterrupted food supply. Allocate duties and supervise cafeteria staff, housekeeping staff, and service personnel.
- Monitor employee attendance, grooming, discipline, and performance.
- Provide on-the-job training and guidance to staff regarding customer service and hygiene standards.
- Maintain shift schedules and manpower planning. Ensure prompt and courteous service to hospital staff, patients’ attendants, and visitors.
- Monitor stock levels of food items, beverages, consumables, and cleaning materials.
- Coordinate inventory management and minimize wastage.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of food products. Ensure adherence to food safety standards, hospital infection control protocols, and statutory regulations.
Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Food Service Management, or related field
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in cafeteria, food court, hospital catering, or institutional food service operations.
Experience in hospital or healthcare food services will be preferred.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
