Key Responsibilities
- Deliver training on mechanical design software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA, Creo (Pro/E), NX CAD, and Autodesk Inventor.
- Prepare training materials, presentations, assignments, and practical exercises.
- Conduct hands-on sessions, workshops, and project-based learning.
- Assess trainees through tests, assignments, and practical evaluations.
- Guide students on real-time industrial design concepts and best practices.
- Keep course content updated with the latest software features and industry trends.
- Provide career guidance and interview preparation support.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of mechanical design principles and CAD modeling.
- Hands-on experience with AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA, Creo, NX CAD, or similar software.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and practical manner.
- Good problem-solving and mentoring abilities.
Qualification
- Bachelor's/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in CAD/CAE software will be an added advantage.
Preferred Experience
- 5+ years of experience in mechanical design, product design, or technical training.
- Prior experience as a trainer, faculty member, or technical instructor is preferred.
Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
