Job Summary
The GNM Staff Nurse is responsible for delivering safe, compassionate, and high-quality nursing care to patients. The role includes assisting doctors during consultations and procedures, monitoring patients, maintaining clinical records, ensuring infection control, and working in rotational shifts to provide continuous patient care. Healing Hands Clinic's current nurse openings indicate willingness to work rotational shifts, including day, reliever, and night duties.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess patients and monitor vital signs.
- Administer medications, injections, IV fluids, and prescribed treatments.
- Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and surgeries as required.
- Prepare patients for diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
- Maintain accurate nursing documentation and patient records.
- Educate patients and their families regarding treatment plans and post-procedure care.
- Follow infection prevention and biomedical waste management protocols.
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies and provide first aid/BLS when required.
- Coordinate with doctors and other healthcare professionals for quality patient care.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and availability of medical equipment and supplies.
- Ensure patient privacy, dignity, and confidentiality.
- Perform shift handover and complete all assigned duties before relieving the next shift.
Eligibility
- GNM Diploma from a recognized institute.
- Valid State Nursing Council Registration.
- Freshers and experienced candidates may apply.
Skills Required
- Clinical nursing and patient care skills.
- Good communication in English, Hindi, and Marathi (preferred).
- Basic computer documentation skills.
- Teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and in emergencies.
- Professional ethics and compassionate patient care.
Shift Pattern
Candidates must be willing to work rotational shifts, including:
- Morning Shift
- Evening Shift
- Night Shift
- Reliever/Extended Duty Shift (as per duty roster)
- Weekly off as per roster.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: As per qualification and experience.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
