Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Insurance Trainer to join our Agency Channel team in Thiruvananthapuram. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs for insurance advisors, agency managers, and sales teams to enhance product knowledge, sales capabilities, compliance, and overall business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct induction and onboarding training for newly recruited insurance advisors and agency employees.
- Deliver product, process, sales, and soft skills training programs.
- Train advisors on insurance products, sales techniques, customer service, and regulatory compliance.
- Support agency managers in improving team productivity through regular coaching sessions.
- Identify training needs through field observations and performance analysis.
- Organize refresher training, workshops, and knowledge enhancement sessions.
Pay: ₹29,436.05 - ₹45,672.91 per month
