Job Summary
Roswalt Buildcon Private Limited is seeking an experienced and result-oriented Project Manager to independently manage high-rise residential construction projects from inception to completion. The candidate will be responsible for planning, execution, monitoring, coordination, and successful delivery of projects within approved timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities: Project Execution & Management
- Independently handle the entire project lifecycle from excavation/foundation stage to project handover.
- Prepare and monitor project schedules, milestones, and execution plans.
- Ensure timely completion of construction activities as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal departments.
Site Management
- Supervise site teams including Engineers, Supervisors, and Contractors.
- Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machinery, and materials.
- Monitor daily site progress and resolve execution-related issues.
Planning & Coordination
- Prepare project progress reports and present updates to management.
- Coordinate with procurement, contracts, billing, and design teams for smooth project execution.
- Conduct regular site meetings and review project performance.
Quality & Safety
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and construction best practices.
- Implement and monitor safety procedures at site.
- Conduct inspections and ensure compliance with statutory regulations.
Cost Control & Budgeting
- Monitor project budgets and control project costs.
- Verify contractor bills and monitor work progress against payments.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Coordinate with consultants, government authorities, and external agencies.
- Ensure timely approvals, inspections, and compliance requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
- PMP certification will be an added advantage.
Experience Required
- 10–15 years of experience in residential building construction.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager.
- Must have independently managed high-rise residential projects from start to finish.
- Experience in redevelopment and premium residential projects will be preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
