Production Executive – Food Manufacturing
We are looking for a Production Executive with hands-on experience in the snacks manufacturing industry to manage daily production operations and ensure smooth workflow on the production floor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute daily and weekly production plans to achieve output targets.
- Must have experience in SAP or ERP.
- Monitor production processes and resolve operational issues quickly.
- Optimize manpower, shift scheduling, and line productivity.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards including HACCP, GMP, ISO, and FSSAI.
- Maintain hygiene and sanitation standards across production areas.
- Coordinate with Quality teams during audits and inspections.
- Manage inventory, raw material availability, and production resources.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives like Lean Manufacturing and Kaizen.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or Food Engineering.
- Experience in the snacks manufacturing industry is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of food safety, production planning, and team handling.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
