Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. You will be responsible for driving sales of POS Kiosk hardware and Digital Signage licenses, developing strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and contributing to our overall growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, trade shows, and digital outreach.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demos tailored to client needs.
- Understand customer requirements and propose appropriate POS Kiosk and Digital Signage software solutions.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities in CRM tools.
- Collaborate with the technical and product teams to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth onboarding.
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and technological advancements in the POS and signage domain.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- 5+ years of proven sales experience in POS systems, kiosks, digital signage, or SaaS/B2B tech solutions.
- Strong understanding of retail, hospitality, or food & beverage verticals is a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand and convey technical product details to non-technical stakeholders.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience selling hardware/software bundles (e.g., kiosk + software licenses).
- Existing client network in retail, healthcare, or QSR sectors.
- Familiarity with digital signage CMS platforms and remote device management tools.
