Job Summary
We are looking for a customer-friendly and sales-driven Optical Sales Executive to manage our optical counter. The role involves guiding patients in selecting frames and lenses while ensuring excellent service and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist patients in selecting suitable frames and lenses based on prescription and preference.
- Explain lens options, coatings, and pricing clearly.
- Handle billing, order processing, and delivery coordination.
- Maintain proper stock and display of optical products.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Ensure excellent customer service and patient satisfaction.
- Maintain sales records and reports.
Requirements
- Any Degree / Diploma (Optical experience preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in optical sales or retail sales.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Sales-oriented with a professional and friendly approach.
