Job Description
ARK Enterprises, Apollo Tyres distributor in Palakkad, is looking for an energetic and responsible Telecaller / Telesales Executive for our office at Edathara, Parali.
The selected candidate will be responsible for communicating with existing dealers and customers, taking orders, following up on enquiries, generating new sales leads, and coordinating with the sales and delivery teams.
Candidates should have good communication skills, customer-handling ability, and a positive attitude toward achieving daily sales and follow-up targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Call existing dealers and customers for order follow-up
- Receive and record customer orders accurately
- Contact new potential customers and generate sales enquiries
- Follow up on quotations, pending orders, and customer requirements
- Conduct payment and collection follow-ups
- Inform customers about available tyre products, offers, and stock
- Coordinate with the sales, billing, and delivery teams
- Maintain daily call, order, enquiry, and follow-up reports
- Update customer details using WhatsApp, Excel, or company software
- Achieve assigned daily and monthly calling and sales targets
- Handle customer enquiries and complaints professionally
Candidate Requirements
- Good Malayalam communication skills
- Basic English communication skills
- Tamil communication will be an added advantage
- Good customer-handling and convincing ability
- Basic computer, WhatsApp, and Excel knowledge
- Ability to work with sales and follow-up targets
- Responsible, punctual, and disciplined
- Previous telecalling, telesales, customer support, or sales experience is preferred
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply
- Candidates residing near Parali, Palakkad, or nearby areas will be preferred
Education
Plus Two or above preferred
