Experience in Ed Tech as a Sales Head is mandatory
The Sales Head will be responsible for driving revenue growth, admissions, and conversion optimization across all sales funnels including webinars, Instagram leads, and inbound inquiries. This role requires a strategic leader who can build, train, and manage a high-performing sales team while ensuring consistent monthly revenue targets are achieved.
Key Responsibilities
1. Revenue & Sales Strategy
- Develop and execute monthly and quarterly sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Design high-converting sales funnels (Webinar → Follow-up → Conversion)
- Optimize pricing, offers, and closing techniques
2. Lead Conversion & Funnel Optimization
- Manage end-to-end lead lifecycle (Lead → Nurture → Close)
- Improve conversion rates from webinars, Instagram DMs, and landing pages
- Implement scripts and SOPs for high-ticket course selling
3. Team Building & Management
- Recruit, train, and manage a sales team (tele-callers, closers, counselors)
- Conduct daily sales reviews, performance tracking, and motivation sessions
- Build a result-driven, target-oriented culture
4. Sales Operations & CRM Management
- Set up and manage CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, etc.)
- Track KPIs like:
- Conversion rate
- Cost per acquisition (CPA)
- Lead-to-sale ratio
- Ensure proper follow-up systems and automation
5. Webinar Sales Execution
- Collaborate with the marketing team for lead generation campaigns
- Design and execute webinar closing strategies
- Monitor post-webinar follow-ups and maximize conversions
6. Script & Process Development
- Create and refine:
- Sales scripts
- Objection-handling frameworks
- Closing strategies
- Continuously test and improve sales messaging
7. Collaboration with Marketing
- Align with marketing for:
- Lead quality improvement
- Campaign performance
- Funnel optimization
- Provide feedback to improve ad creatives and targeting
Key Requirements
Experience
- 3–7+ years in sales leadership (preferably EdTech / Coaching industry)
- Proven track record of high-ticket sales conversions
- Experience in managing webinar-based sales funnels

Pay: ₹22,032.79 - ₹35,000.00 per month
