Job Summary
DION AUTOMOTIVES is seeking a customer-oriented Service Advisor to act as the link between customers and the service team. The role involves understanding customer concerns, coordinating vehicle servicing, and ensuring a smooth and satisfactory service experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and understand their vehicle service requirements.
- Prepare job cards and explain service recommendations and costs.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of work.
- Keep customers updated on service progress and delivery timelines.
- Handle customer queries and resolve complaints professionally.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Maintain service records and follow up with customers after service.
Requirements
- Graduate/Diploma in any discipline (Automobile background preferred).
- Good communication and customer handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Experience in the automotive/service industry is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving and coordination abilities.
Job Type: Full-Time
Location: [Bhubaneswar, Berhumpur]
Salary: As per company standards
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
