Job Title: Architect
Job Overview
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architect to lead the design, planning, and execution of our construction projects. In this role, you will transform conceptual ideas into safe, functional, and aesthetically striking structures while ensuring compliance with budget, safety, and zoning regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Design & Planning: Create detailed blueprints, 3D models, and construction drawings using CAD and BIM tools.
Collaboration: Work closely with clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure design feasibility and alignment.
Compliance: Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and zoning laws.
Project Oversight: Visit sites regularly to monitor progress, manage timelines, and resolve design issues on the ground.
Material Selection: Research and specify appropriate building materials and sustainable execution methods.
Requirements & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or a related field.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar design software.
Core Competencies: Strong spatial awareness, creative problem-solving, and sharp communication skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹42,325.06 per month
